FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions &/ or Policies

SHIPPING POLICIES - NORTH AMERICA Packing and shipping is FREE in Canada and the contiguous United States. All shipments will have a tracking number which is emailed to the buyer. Any taxes, duties, and fees that may occur in the receiving country are the responsibility of the buyer.

SHIPPING POLICIES - INTERNATIONAL For any purchases outside of Canada or the United States please contact me. first for a shipping quote. All international sales, any taxes, duties, and fees that may occur in the receiving country are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs authorities if you wish to inquire further about the rules in your country that pertain to importing original artwork.

LARGE ARTWORKS (24x48; 36x48 and bigger) will be removed from the stretcher bars and mailed in a tube. Once received the artwork may be stretched onto new wooden bars/ a frame at your local framer. Any frames shown on the website are not  included.

HOLIDAY SEASON shipping times may take longer. All artwork will be shipped within 5-7 business days from receipt of payment.

LOCAL DELIVERIES - VANCOUVER AREA If you live in Vancouver or the surrounding area artworks can be delivered to you or you can arrange to pick it up at my studio. Please email me.

RETURN POLICY I am committed to the satisfaction of my collectors. So once you have received my original artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether or not it works for you in your space.  If you decide to return the artwork, it must be shipped back to me in its original condition and original packaging, insured for its full value, shipping to be paid by the buyer. Please take care both when unpacking and repacking the artwork. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days from the receipt of the returned artwork.

Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image(s) you see online may show slight differences due to variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed to be a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

ARTWORK DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT? You will be fully refunded or can make an exchange in the case of any loss or damage that occurs during shipment. Once the artwork arrives please inspect it carefully. In case there is any damage, please take photos and contact me within 24 hours in order to receive a refund.

ARTWORK CANNOT BE REFUNDED UNDER THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:
Artwork is not returned in original packaging.
Artwork is returned after seven (7) days from receipt of delivery.
Artwork is not in its original condition or is damaged in any way that is not from shipping or our error.
If you used an incorrect shipping address and I am unable to secure the artwork.

WHO OWNS THE COPYRIGHT WHEN AN ORIGINAL ARTWORK IS PURCHASED? The Artist holds the copyright to the image of sold artwork and may use the image at will for prints and publications. Purchasing the artwork grants the buyer the right to install and use the painting as decor both privately and corporately.  The artwork may not be altered in any way. Reproductions cannot be made unless authorized by the artist. Before the artwork is reproduced in a magazine or other media please contact me for permission and credit me. Thank you.
